# Beanpole

Beanpole is a Memphis rock band with big hooks, alternative edge, Americana grit, and swamp in the blood. Formed in 1992, they spent the better part of the decade grinding out shows all around Memphis and then beyond, chasing a record deal like so many dreamers of the era, drawing label interest but never quite securing the bag. Along the way, with the help of talented friends, they managed to turn out three full albums, a spattering of demos and live recordings, and a following they are eternally grateful for.
